We're not big fans of awards. While we appreciate the recognition for our hard work, the proclamation of best this or that seems somehow wrong. We always love a good review, but in this day of PR people buying print space and titles, we fall short in our pursuit of glory. We think our best critics are our customers, some of whom we see every day and some occasionally. As we are all in the kitchen most every day (and our kitchen is open!), we are available to hear both the praise and complaints from all who care to offer them. For some reference points, however, we suggest a quick Google search to find us at Zagat,
Yelp and a number of local Sonoma County Sites and a few good guides, such as Patricia Unterman's Food Lover's Guide. We have been in several New York Times pieces extolling the charms of our area. A number of international publications have included us in reviews and among our favorites are several from Japan. They are big, beautiful magazines with gorgeous, impeccable styling and loads of perfectly framed photographs. While unable to read a word of what is said about us, we feel special being included in such cool publications.
